Rate Given : 3 | on : 2009-03-16I bought this Webkinz to go in an Easter Basket and it had a hole in the neck. The company did offer to ship me a fresh one immediately but I did not want to deal with shipping the damage one back and all the hassle. All in all, it did acquire here quick and the damage is in a seam so it is fixable, I just hope they hold more time looking at further merchandise before shipping so it doesn"t go out damage. Thanks to them for the quick response time though. That is a huge plus!
